This project comprised the transformation of the 4* Courtyard by Marriott hotel into a Tribute hotel, to include a soft refurbishment of 113 rooms, the creation of 13 new rooms, the reconfiguration of the ground and basement levels, plus the creation of a public rooftop bar for 50 people.

The works were phased, with the soft refurbishment being undertaken whilst the hotel was open via a Construction Management approach, before the building was closed so the public areas could be reconfigured. This was to ensure that the key revenue stream was assured during the Roland Garros event, and it re-opened to the public in April 2023.
